How do I reserve a ticket?

You may use our convenient automatic reservation interface here. Reservations may be made up to 72 hours in advance. In accordance with our long-standing flexible travel initiative, payment is only required upon boarding.

Will my train be on time?

Perplex City Rail is proud to point to an exemplary on-time record. In the past five years, only a scant handful of trains have been more than four minutes late, and every one was the result of an unforeseeable weather or mechanical condition. You can count on us to deliver you to your destination safely and on time.

What happens if I miss my train?

In order to keep to our demanding schedule, we cannot allow delays to wait for passengers who are running late. If you miss your train, our system will contact you and ask if you would like to reserve space on the next available train to your destination.

How do I retrieve lost luggage or other items?

Left luggage and personal items will be removed from the train at the end of the rail line. If you are unable to travel to that station, you may submit a claim by key describing the missing items in detail. If you can assert adequate proof of ownership, Perplex City Rail will be happy to ship the item or items to you at the address of your choosing.

How do I get to other destinations by rail?

Perplex City Rail is a regional network, though we do share tracks and information with other train systems. If you are planning a longer journey, please contact a travel agent to discuss which train system is appropriate for your destination.
