Cognivia is the leading pharmaceutical and medical health research company in Perplex City. With over 15,000 employees specialising in cognitive enhancement and neuroscience research, our goal is to push the boundaries in improving the quality of life of millions and to further our understanding of the human mind.
Headquartered in the centre of Perplex City at Ascendancy Point, Cognivia has an estimated 68% of the cognitive enhancement drug market. We also work closely with health authorities in the city to ensure that our drugs and solutions are available to patients at all hospitals and medical institutions.
In addition to cognitive enhancement, Cognivia has leadership in three other areas - central nervous system (CNS) repair and enhancement, ultrahigh resolution brain imaging and diagnosis, and cerebral prostheses.
To maintain our leadership in the R&D sphere, Cognivia pursues a strategy of collaboration with academic institutions in Perplex City. We actively fund research by the Neuroscience Group and other labs within the Academy, and in 2002 opened our first on-site lab at the Academy campus in the Old Town. Cognivia also works closely with labs based in the Department of Neuroscience at the University of Perplex City, and the Cognition and Consciousness Division at the Perplex City Institute of Technology.
The corporate headquarters of Cognivia can be found at levels 140 to 160 of Ascendancy Point. Our board, human resources, sales, marketing and planning divisions are all located here.
